Information and cookies

We process email, display name, Identity credentials, memorial biographies/photos, dedications, reports, stewardship claims, and moderation records. IIS, ASP.NET Core, and hosting infrastructure may process IP/network request data, timestamps, correlation IDs, security/login events, errors, and diagnostic logs. Essential authentication, session, antiforgery, and security cookies are used; advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies are not currently intended.

Photos and payments

Photos are validated, resized, and re-encoded into display and thumbnail derivatives, stripping embedded EXIF/GPS metadata; original bytes are not retained. Stripe-hosted Checkout may process cards. BraveAndFallen does not directly receive/store complete card numbers or CVV, but retains necessary order and transaction status references.

Uses, sharing, and retention

Information supports accounts, memorial publication, moderation, stewardship, token accounting, payments, fraud prevention, diagnostics, support, and legal compliance. It may be shared as necessary with Stripe, infrastructure/service providers, or legal authorities. Wolfe1.com LLC does not sell personal data as part of the current model.

You may request administrator-assisted account closure. Closure disables access and pseudonymizes eligible profile fields after stewarded memorials are resolved; it is not immediate hard deletion. Memorial content may continue under another steward. Financial/token ledgers, payment orders, moderation/audit and stewardship history, policy acceptances, limited removed content, backups, and logs may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, law, and integrity.

Security, age, and contact

We use reasonable safeguards without promising absolute security. Accounts are for people 13 or older; the service is not directed to children under 13. BraveAndFallen is primarily U.S.-focused and data may be processed in the United States. Updates receive a new effective version. Use the content and legal contact process.
