Terms of Service

Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13, provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully.

Memorials and stewardship

Registered users may create good-faith memorials and are responsible for accuracy. BraveAndFallen does not verify military service by default. Family stewardship changes management authority only—not official verification. Administrators decide transfers after review.

Your content

You retain ownership and represent that you have permission to submit content. You grant Wolfe1.com LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, process, display, and distribute it through the service for operation, moderation, promotion, and preservation, including reasonable backup, dispute, and legal-retention periods.

Conduct and moderation

Follow the Community Guidelines. Reports do not guarantee removal. We may hide/remove content, restrict features, suspend, or ban accounts. See Reporting and Stewardship.

Tokens and payments

Under the Token Terms, tokens have no cash value, withdrawal, redemption, resale, or transfer. No creator, steward, family, or user receives payouts. Revenue belongs to Wolfe1.com LLC and supports operation and preservation. Purchases are not charitable donations or represented as tax deductible. Prices may change prospectively, taxes may apply, and Stripe-hosted Checkout may process cards. Refunds, reversals, disputes, and chargebacks follow applicable law, provider rules, and policy then in effect.

Service software/design/branding belongs to Wolfe1.com LLC or licensors. See Copyright and Content Complaints. BraveAndFallen is an independent memorial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the United States Armed Forces.

Availability and legal terms

We intend long-term preservation but cannot guarantee perpetual availability. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” where permitted by law. Wolfe1.com LLC does not warrant community content or uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages where exclusion is lawful. Users are responsible for claims caused by unlawful content or material breach.

Pennsylvania law governs, subject to applicable consumer law. Disputes may be brought in courts with jurisdiction where Wolfe1.com LLC is based. Revisions receive a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
