Closed-loop credits

Tokens work only on BraveAndFallen. They have no cash value; are not money, investments, securities, or deposits; and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, resold, or transferred. Administrative credits may exist and are not purchased tokens. BraveAndFallen may provide promotional or complimentary tokens; they remain nontransferable, have no cash value, and promotional programs may change or end.

Decorations and accounting

Tokens buy virtual decorations. No memorial creator, steward, family, or user receives a payout. The append-only ledger is authoritative. Prices may change prospectively; historical decorations retain recorded cost. Decorations and dedication text may be hidden or removed for policy enforcement without an automatic token refund. Fraud or misuse may lead to restrictions.

Payments, tax, and disputes

Revenue belongs to Wolfe1.com LLC and supports the service. Purchases are not charitable donations or represented as tax deductible. Taxes may apply where required. Stripe may process cards through hosted Checkout; BraveAndFallen does not directly store complete card numbers or CVV.

Refunds, reversals, disputes, and chargebacks are handled under applicable law, provider rules, and policy in effect at the time; no automatic refund or particular token adjustment is promised.
